Stohr, author of the book “A Black and White Case: How Affirmative Action Survived Its Greatest Legal Challenge” won the New York Press Club spot news award for his coverage of the 2000 Bush v. Gore Supreme Court decision, and the Society of American Business Editors and Writers breaking news award for the court’s 2012 Obamacare decision.
During his time at Bloomberg, he has served as co-host of the Bloomberg Law radio program and covered the Justice Department and Federal Trade Commission. He has taught Constitutional Law and the Supreme Court as an adjunct professor at George Washington University Law School. He is a 1989 graduate of Saint Louis University and 1995 graduate of Harvard Law School.
